Goku powers up to the 3x Kaioken and attacks Vegeta with his increased power and speed. Vegeta is filled with rage as he’s realized Goku’s power level exceeds his own, so he attempts to destroy Earth with his “Galick Gun” technique. Goku counters with the Kamehameha wave and overcomes Vegeta’s blast by using the 4x Kaioken. Vegeta then searches for the moon to transform into a Great Ape and increase his attributes. Realizing it has been destroyed, Vegeta releases a ball of energy that simulates the moon and transforms into a Great Ape. Krillin and Gohan sense Vegeta’s increased power and decide to return to help Goku.
