Goku and Frieza’s battle continues, with the two pretty evenly exchanging blows. However Goku is in for a shock when he discovers the tyrant has only been using 1% of his total power! Frieza boosts his power up to 50%, and Goku is quickly overwhelmed. The warriors on King Kai’s planet aren’t worried, because Goku supposedly is still wearing weighted clothing and hasn’t used the Kaio-ken attack. Much to their dismay, King Kai informs them that Goku is no longer wearing weighted clothing and that he has been using the Kaio-ken the entire time! Meanwhile, Bulma meets Captain Ginyu (in a frog’s body), and gets her body stolen. The two of them arrive at the battlefield where Goku and Frieza are continuing to duke it out – with Goku quickly outclassed by the powered-up tyrant.
